At this weekend retreat you will have the possibility to be nourished and connect to your Yin nature. Instead of doing, producing and achieving, we allow ourselves to receive, recharge and simply be. Shifting our attention inwards and recharging with 3 days where we surrender to the power of Yin Yoga, meditation, nature, healthy enjoyable meals and time for contemplation. Connect deeply to your true nature and with the beautiful nature around you.
The world can be a very Yang busy place.
And many times we feel it in our lives, not only outside on a physical aspect but also inwards, in the busy mind and accelerated lifestyle. This can be tiring and overwhelming sometimes. So its up to us to make the change and take practices that nourishes us. Yin Yoga is a great practice to help us heal and recover and even make a shift in our perspectives.

We will explore the Yin Yoga practice as a tool that uses the physical body, the breath and presence as starting points for transformation. This meditative style was inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and uses asana, yoga postures that are long held to stimulate the meridians, the energetic channels of the Qi, the vital force that makes us alive! What happens is a deep connection to the most inner layers of the body, and a meditative approach using the breath and the power of attention to create a healing and restorative felt outcome. Every day on our retreat we will learn about the meridians and enjoy a practice with that awareness.
We will make home at Vida Pura, a beautiful eco friendly retreat center located in the natural reserve. 10 min away from the typical south coast village Odeceixe.
